Design Flexibility
At Parti, we work with each customer to design their dream home. We do not ask customers to select from a previously determined set of plans. We build the home you desire, whether it be 1,000 or 10,000 square feet.
Consistent Quality
Parti's revolutionary process begins with sophisticated design work, allowing customers to create a custom plan for their home. Then, every detail from framing to crown molding to custom kitchen cabinetry is carefully constructed by skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Our building approach involves processes which focus on precision, such as creating jigs for cutting lumber rather than individually measuring each cut. Moreover, our homes undergo a thorough inspection for code compliance and quality workmanship at every stage of the construction process by licensed third-party inspectors. Finally, by using only top quality materials, our customers are assured of a superior finished product.
Speed of Construction
Because we build off-site in our facility, there are few weather delays in our work. Additionally, materials used to construct our homes do not sit out in the rain during construction. Efficiencies of our construction process are what help us achieve superior quality, speedier construction and significant cost savings over site-built homes.

Delivery
Once construction is completed, our homes are delivered in sections by specialized carriers to the building site and set by crane on a cement block or a poured concrete wall foundation the same day.
Finish work on site can take up to several weeks to complete, depending upon the exterior siding choices, landscaping plans and interior details.
Parti delivers homes throughout Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.
Cost savings
Parti's orderly, sequenced production process allows us to gain labor efficiency and economies of scale. Our standardized procedures help minimize waste, give us better inventory control and the ability to make volume purchases.
Costs for recent construction projects have ranged from $80 - $110 per square foot. Prices vary depending upon the customer's plans and selected finishes. During the Design Phase of a customer's home, Parti will create with them a detailed Material Specifications Sheet and calculate an exact price.
In the end, customers receive a high quality home at a significant savings over traditional construction.
