Employment Opportunities

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Positions with Parti, LLC, encompass a myriad of responsibilities. Success and advancement depends on mastering these responsibilities. Once done, individuals will be expected to help demonstrate abilities and skills which add value to our business every day.

Critical Traits
The three most critical traits needed to be successful with our company in any position are a willingness to work hard, an eagerness to learn new concepts, and a strong passion about quality business operations and products. These traits are those most commonly associated with a great work ethic.

Taking Initiative
Successful candidates will be self-starters - people who can take initiative on projects and complete them in a timely and efficient manner without constant supervision. Our employees must have the ability to assess a problem, dissect it into smaller components, develop solutions for the pieces, and put the components back together for final, efficient resolution.

Working Hard
For us, working hard is not about hours spent per week on the job. In fact, if someone is spending too many hours doing their job, it could be an indication that their work is highly inefficient. Instead, working hard is more about tenacity. It's about the "stick-to-it-ness" needed to see tasks, projects or ideas through completion. It's about having the fortitude to succeed not only on the big projects as they come along, but also in the daily tasks against the grind and distractions of a fast-paced and hectic work environment.

Learning
Eagerness to learn is critical to adding value in our company. Learning is not easy. It requires consistent and persistent inquisitiveness, which means extra time and extra work. The best learning is self-directed. It comes by viewing each work task as an opportunity to learn something new about the business, a process or our products. Yet, putting forth that extra effort to learn while completing each work task helps an employee become increasingly more knowledgeable and thereby able to contribute more towards our organization's success.

Quality
In a business that delivers to its customers a tangible product, quality is the root of all success. Unfortunately, quality does not happen easily. It is the byproduct of hard work by a team of knowledgeable workers.

We don't define quality - our customers do. Our success depends on all employees being passionate about delivering the highest quality products profitably while exceeding our customers' expectations. If employees do not have this passion, their work will fall short of the high standards we need. Their work then reflects poorly on the efforts of the entire organization.

We are serious about these traits and about our business. As such, we want everyone in our organization to genuinely share in these values. Individuals willing to work hard, to continually learn and to be passionate about quality will be a great fit for our business. Moreover, they can expect to share in our success.
